Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using NOVIT services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.
Description of Services
NOVIT offers website protection services, including DDoS mitigation, bot management, web application firewall (WAF), traffic analysis and performance optimization.
User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
You must notify NOVIT immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable Use
When using our services, you agree not to:
Use the services for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
Reverse-engineer any part of the service.
Resell or redistribute services without prior authorization.
Use the services to host malicious content.
Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the chosen billing cycle. Cancellations may be made at any time and will take effect at the end of the already-paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Limitation of Liability
NOVIT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the last 12 months.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the NOVIT platform, including code, design, trademarks and content, belong exclusively to NOVIT.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or through the platform at least 30 days in advance.
